About

My Mission

Welcome to my website, sportseducationexperience.com!  I am Coach Jerry Hernandez, the founder of Athletic Concepts & Solutions, LLC.  I am recently retired after forty-five years as a teacher, coach and athletic director at both the high school and college levels.  The mission of my company is twofold.  First, based on my years of experience as an athlete, parent and coach, my goal is to bring to you innovative and relevant ideas, approaches and information to help coaches be effective in providing  instruction and guidance.  Secondly, to offer solutions to everyday issues that arise with “The Athletic Trinity”…parents, players and coaches… both individually and as a team to work together in the world of athletic competition.

My family and I have been involved in athletics and education most of our lives, and we continue to provide service to others, and I bring that mind set and experience into the goals for my company.  I feel confident and enthusiastic about bringing helpful information, especially to coaches and parents, as we all work our way in this wonderful and unpredictable world of sports in which we live.
